We have no accounts system in the latest version. You can use our program without creating an account.

8. Refund Policy

At ImageColorizer, we stand by the quality of our products and services. We offer a 7-day refund policy for all of our products and online services, ensuring that you can make your purchase with confidence. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 7 days of your original purchase date—no questions asked.

Timeframe: Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the original purchase date. Products and Services: This refund policy applies to all products and online services offered by ImageColorizer and Vertexshare Limited.

Once your refund is approved, the payment will be returned to your original payment method. 9. Credits Roll-Up Rule

Monthly Credit Roll-Up. Unused credits will roll over to the next month if the client has an active subscription. Credits will continue to accumulate as long as the subscription remains active, allowing the client to use any rolled-up credits in the following month.

Subscription Cancellation and Credit Clearance. If the subscription is canceled or downgraded to a free account, all accumulated credits will be permanently cleared. Once the account is downgraded, any remaining credits will be forfeited, and the client will no longer have access to any previously rolled-up credits.

10. Termination

You’re free to stop using our Services at any time. We also reserve the right to suspend or end the Services at any time at our discretion and without notice. For example, we may suspend or terminate your use of the Services if you’re not complying with these Terms, or use the Services in a manner that would cause us legal liability, disrupt the Services or disrupt others’ use of the Services. Except for Paid Accounts, we reserve the right to terminate and delete your account if you haven’t accessed our Services for 12 consecutive months. We’ll of course provide you with notice via the email address associated with your account before we do so.
